Journey To The Land That Water Forgot

This April we flew to Southern California,not for Coachella but to visit the Country's largest contingent state park - Anza Borrego Desert - which apparently is the size of Rhode Island. We hoped to see wildflowers but instead met a big horned sheep. In between, we visited the will-be-gone-in-ten-years Salton Sea and some friends and family in Los Angeles.
